The hotel is conveniently located near attractions.
Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait. The noise from children running around late at night was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. towels were not changed regularly, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially after a long stay.

The staff couldn't do enough for us! Always ready to help, especially with our kids, and the amenities like the buffet breakfast were just superb!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the service, it was still acceptable.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city, enabling quick access to attractions like Faisal Mosque and local markets. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, eager to assist with all queries and requests. I particularly enjoyed the cozy Queen Room, which provided excellent air conditioning to cool down after a long day out. The city view was also a pleasant addition, enhancing my experience in the evening.
Despite the nice setup, the bed could have been more comfortable, which impacted my overall rest.

Superb service and comfy stay!
Me and my brother had a blast here! The staff was super friendly, especially Patrick—he always had a smile and helped us with everything. The location was handy, close to loads of shops and eateries. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Only bummer was the wifi was a bit spotty in our room at times.
